Product Details
This product is a specialty unsaturated polyester resin for quartz stone slabs, specifically formulated for ambient- and medium-temperature curing processes. It exhibits excellent compatibility with quartz sand and additives, offers moderate cure speed and stable molding, and imparts outstanding mechanical properties and superior surface aesthetics to the slabs. The resin has a moderate viscosity and excellent wetting performance, enabling rapid encapsulation of quartz sand to enhance slab density and structural integrity; after curing, it delivers high hardness, excellent wear and impact resistance, superior acid–alkali resistance, and strong stain resistance and impermeability, effectively ensuring long-term dimensional stability and colorfastness of quartz stone products. In addition, it boasts excellent gloss and yellowing resistance, making it compatible with a wide range of color schemes while delivering a translucent, well-defined texture. This resin is widely used in the production of engineered quartz countertops, decorative panels, kitchen and bathroom countertops, and architectural decorative panels, serving as the core molding and bonding material for high-quality quartz stone products.
