Ruihong Chemical specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of phthalic anhydride, resins, and specialty plasticizers.
Kaifeng Ruihong Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ruihong Chemical”) was established on June 27, 2022, and is located at No. 6 Jinshan Road, Fine Chemical Industry Cluster Zone, Yuwangtai District, Kaifeng City, Henan Province.
Ruihong Chemical is the core project for extending and strengthening the industrial chain under Kaifeng JiuHong Chemical Co., Ltd.’s strategic initiative to build a “one-million-ton new-materials industrial park with RMB 10 billion in output value.” With the goal of establishing a premier hub for the new-materials industry, the company has been designated as a key provincial project for 2023 and as a signed project under the seventh phase of the “Three Batches” initiative. The project achieved full-scale production in January 2024 and is scheduled to complete and obtain a work-safety production license in 2025. To date, it has established a modern production base with an annual capacity of 68,000 tons of phthalic anhydride, 60,000 tons of specialty plasticizers, and 200,000 tons of resins...

Extensive collaboration has been initiated in areas such as the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, process optimization, R&D of environmentally friendly products, and the training and supply of specialized talent. Over the past three years, the company’s R&D expenditure has consistently accounted for more than 3% of its total revenue, encouraging the R&D team to actively pursue technological exploration and supporting the company’s transition from “scale-driven growth” to high-quality development.
