On the morning of July 11, Xie Wei, President of the Henan Provincial Coatings Industry Association, led a delegation including Secretary-General Su Quanjun, and Vice President Zhang Qiusheng, to visit Kaifeng Ruihong Chemical Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange. Wang Qunying, Chairman of the company, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation.
Symposium and Exchange
During the symposium, Wang Qunying, Chairperson of the company, provided an overview of the enterprise. She stated that Kaifeng Ruihong Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2022 on a 216-mu site, is a “strengthening ang extending the industrial chain” subsidiary invested in and built by Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. as part of its industrial layout for a new-materials industrial park aimed at achieving “one-million-ton production capacity and RMB 10 billion in output value.” The company is designed to produce 200,000 tons of resins annually, including 150,000 tons of unsaturated resins and 50,000 tons of alkyd resins, with the goal of providing high-quality raw materials and services to support the development of the coatings industry. Xie Wei, President of the Association, then outlined the Association’s activities and offered relevant suggestions for the development of Kaifeng Ruihong. He noted that the market for coatings raw materials is currently highly competitive and that customer needs are increasingly diversified. He expressed the hope that the company would align its product offerings with emerging market trends, thereby providing tailored resin solutions to meet the varied demands of its customers. At the same time, he suggested that the company leverage its inherent advantage in phthalic anhydride production to continuously enhance the cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of its resin products. Secretary-General Su Quanjun emphasized that enterprises can use the Association’s platform to promote their products, thereby increasing their visibility and influence within the coatings industry, strengthening their ties with industry stakeholders, and propelling their development to a new level.
