Kaifeng Ruihong Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ruihong Chemical”) was established on June 27, 2022, and is located at No. 6 Jinshan Road, Fine Chemical Industry Cluster Zone, Yuwangtai District, Kaifeng City, Henan Province. Ruihong Chemical is a core project for extending and strengthening the industrial chain under the strategic layout of Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd.’s “one-million-ton production capacity and RMB 10 billion in output value.” With the goal of building a premier hub for the new materials industry, the company was included in the 2023 Key Projects of Henan Province and the seventh batch of the “Three Groups” signed projects. The project achieved full-scale production in January 2024, completed its final acceptance inspection and obtained a work safety production license in 2025, and has now established a modern production base with an annual capacity of 68,000 tons of phthalic anhydride, 60,000 tons of plasticizers, and 200,000 tons of resins...
